I'm going to court Wed Nov 1st. I'm vacating the ticket and seeking supervision.

20 mph over....


a 15 mph over conviction back in Jan. 2005, and a parking ticket is on my record as it stands.

Hopefully I'll get supervision.....if not i'll be upset

everyone gets supervision, as long is it is over 6months to a year from your last ticket and your not on supervison right now (tho everyone i know still gets it even if they no where near those guidelines)i wouldnt sweat it at all, just dress nice and say good morning

parking tickets are handled through citys not state, they can only suspend your DL if you have to many and they have to file it and takes forever to do,it cant be held against you on the states records
