There are a billion fast camaros Shaun. It would be a cool car, but then you also have to buy a beater for the winter, so figure in another couple grand for that. Food for thought. Well daddy's gotta approve if he's gonna pay for most of this one like he is with the car you have now eh? What a coincidence that you all of a sudden you want a camaro 24hours after Kyle decides he wants one. Do you have one ounce of originality in your body or are you just THAT in love with kyle that you need to have the same car as him at all times. Seriously, you need to seek counseling...this is getting out of control.
But in all honesty if you were any friend of kyle's you would not be a douche bag and do what you're looking to do. He was in love with that damn SS that he unfortunately wrecked and now you are looking to buy the exact same car.

if you were to get that car...your a retard to mod it, its th e last year of it and will be worth some dough in 10 years
if you are moding, buy a already built one(people build them all the time and sell for cheaper because no one wants a mod'd car)

The gp on the other hand you already know the deal, what has been done to it and what its little issues are, you can drive it all year long, its already pretty fast and its yours, its something different. There is alot of stuff to consider, but whatever makes you happy then do it.

Shawn, a SS would be nice, but a 02 with 550 miles isnt a daily driver its a car that should be sitting in museum. There is nothing wrong with your car and you have done ALOT to it. I honstly regret selling my GTP with nothing wrong with it and buying the Trans AM, sure its fun to drive but the extra costs of gas, insurance, winter storge, winter car, etc is alot.
You could sell your car but you gotta remeber would you want to drive the flawless practicaly new SS in the winter, you would have to forkup more money to buy a winter car, like I am doing now. Mods dont make your car worth anymore money than stock to most people and you probably wont get back what you got in your car. Where do you get 14K from KBB?

I see very few LS1's and even less SS Camaros. A Camaro isnt original if your going for speed but everyone doesent have one. I dont know how many you see down in bumble fuck but I see very few up here unless I goto various places were car people hangout. They arnt like GP's that you see everyfew minutes.
I would save the money with the car being so rare and low milage.
You mod it and its done.
Truth be told, stock ls1s really arnt that fast and the automatics are slow as all hell.
Keep yours because it is original, you can drive it in the snow, and if you put an IC on, you will kick that cars ass...... :lolsign:

I saw ONE V8 F-Body today it was a pewter 98-02 WS6. I see GTP's everywhere hell, I can goto jewel and see 2-3 of them in the parking lot. :lolsign: You live in the middle of nowhere, I cant see how you can see 3X as many V8 Camaros as GTP's.
Im trying to find some production numbers to compare the Camaro to the Grand Prix, but I cant.
