Im confused. Your dial in time is the time you think you will run. Your ET is what you run. Your RT is reaction time. You want your ET to be as close to your DL as you can without breaking out. You also want to get the fastest RT you can without redlighting. The slower RT and or ET loses the race.

Your ET doesnt start till the beam is crossed. However if you wait, that will result in a very shitty RT.

joe said that the number you pul on your window (dial-in) is your ET + your RT. basically he said the reaction time counts towards the total time in bracket racing. EX. dial-in = 15.00, ET ends up being 14.70 and RT ends up at .25 so the total time for that run would be 14.95, not 14.70 like normal runs.
