What might prove to be one of the worst or one of the smartest advertising campaigns of all time, a Plano, IL furniture store advertised that all purchases (up to $10,000 per family) made during the labor day weekend would refunded should the Bears shut out the Packers on opening day.

Needless to say, the owner is writing a lot of checks today.

Yeah I heard about it yesterday morning......Plano is not that ghetto....I am moving out there in a few weeks....they got a lot of stuff out there now and more too come. Hale and I plan on buying our furniture at the store...damn why didn't we go and buy it then, LOL!

The store manager was also interviewed I guess on CNN yesterday morning....guess it got all over about it.
