M90 SS kit for the impala
around $1825 i think zoomer said installed, but id be willin to take a weekend to do it here!

1993 LX Notchback -ls1 motor 55k on it with some other goodies

or
89 mustang lx 306 carb with a nice orange paint job
$6000



so what should i do

Factors to think about

* still in parents house
* no place for another car
* turing 20 in december
*plan on moving out soon!

I'd say M90 for sure, you're not going to want to drive either of those stangs in snow/ice thats for sure.

also everyone has a stang, how many m90ed l36 impalas are there?

buy a HD dif and that will work great for a while and you get 3.29 gears

I would price out a SS M90 kit and a top end swap. You would need heads, blower, LIM, crank pulley, fuel rails, exc. Id also strap an IC ontop of that with the 9:4:1 compression.

Look for Lynoise on cgp. He did this to his Impalla and has a write up on his site.

put your money toward your career goals and buy yourself some tools... takes money to make money in this field, then move out once the whole job thing gets figured out... it's spendy and good to have a nice cushion of cash for when the times get hard.... so i say tools and your own place... but if someone has an l67 swap for dirt cheap then indulge...

8000 would make a good downpayment on a little pos house with a garage. Something you would need to fix up but could sell it down the road.
