whats the break down per month what would i have to pay?

all depends......how much you put down. Their is a monthly association. But it includes almost all utlities but Electric and phone. If you can afford a grand a month at the most you could probably afford this condo. I believe you could go to realtor.com and they can give you a breakdown as far as mortagage.

If you or anyone else is interested please make an appointment with our realtor unless you already have one. We changed realtors cause the other wasn't really doing anything. But I just thought I would bring this subject up again. If you want more info also you can PM me or GTPhale (the husband, LOL).

Oh and I just used the realtors calculator for mortgage not including assocation....if no down payment the payment is $600 or so a month. All depends. Pretty cheap for owning your own place.
