So I have the ZZP full IC and as most know you need to extend the fuel rails to go over the blower or buy fuel logs. I was not going to spend $350-$400 on logs, still waiting on the rails from WBS, and honestly didn't feel safe with rubber hose and clamps. So I bought some 3/8 hard fuel line and 6 compression fittings and replaced the rubber with this. IT may not look very pretty but it only cost me $25 and some time. One day if i get bored I will clean them up and but a coat of black paint on them.
I think it turned out well and installed my 42.5 lb injectors at the same time. I also cut the center brace out from the hoot because my rails were hitting it.
One question for you all. Is flare fittings better then compression, is there a difference leak wise?
