Chicago Scene magazine hosts a boat party every year just north of Navy Pier inside the breakwall (this spot is known as the playpen) 100's of boats raft up to one another and party from 12-6. If you have a boat or know someone that does you will not be dissapointed!

Sorry, this was intended for vipermike as he said he will be on a boat for the air and water show.

Out in the lake gets pretty crazy soo many boats and waves non-stop it kinda gets you sick. We might just stay in the harbor this year.
