if it has never been replaced before, its harder to do... there should be 4 rivets holding it in place that need to be ground off/chizeled off. other than that, its just a matter of disconnecting the cv shaft, and swinging the steering knuckle out of the way... including disconnecting tie rod end, etc.

i very very very strongly also reccomend an alignment after this is done.
