I like mothers mag and aluminum polish, works great, also wax them, that helps.

Thanks dude - i think i'll try using wax. What a great idea. I have Maas polishing paste for chrome and metals but don't wanna risk screwing up the clearcoat

Ps - Will you help me with install my 3.3 pulley tomorrow?

most wheel cleaning solutions are mostly Isopropyl alcohol, so if you have any rubbing alcohol in the old medicine cabinet, bust that out and use that. It's not abrasive, so it won't hurt the clearcoat. Mothers mag polish is an abrasive, which is not good for a clearcoat, and will make them harder to clean next time due to all the tiny scratches created which make it easier for dust and crap to stick to the rim.

Windex/ammonia also works pretty well and is safe.
