3800 too much whine??

yeah i know i'm new to the GTP scene but i do what a supercharger should sound like... i checked my powersteering fluid and it's full but it whines like crazy if i'm turning the wheel while on the gas at slow speeds.... could it be the power steering pump?? car is a 02 gtp with 51,000 miles 2 door red ( the faster ones)

Mine did that for a while.. then I had the fluid changed out and it went away.. The shop said it smelled burnt and had stuff in it.. so at that point I knew the dick that had it before me did not take care of it.. so I changed everything.. mine is a 01..
