3800 bolt size

So in my other post, i noted a missing bolt in the engine mount bracket on the front driver side of the car... does anyone have a spare one? or anyone know what size (thread and length) it is? ... its missing one of the bolts that hold the bracket for the dogbone to the head/block etc...

I suppose i could call the stealership, but i have not had good luck with getting bolts for things from them....

remove the other bolt like it, and take it to Lowes. Get a similar bolt and nut, and use that. It should work fine.

If you don't want to do that, try Ed Morad, I'm sure he has a bunch of em.

yeah, I contemplated removing it, but didnt. It wont need a nut tho, it threads into the block

which is why the length and thread pitch are important

I got your email...and I doubt I have it. I'm sure Miller would have it, but your best bet is like was already said. Pull the other bolt, and take it to lowes. It's probably an M10 with a 1.5 thread pitch
