3800 need help FAST

The key is stuck in the acc position.. We cant get the key out of my cousins car.. the wheel is not locked, I dont think it will ciz it has power.. all the fuses are ok.. what could this be.. how can we get the key out.. disconnect the batt???

if u can start the car put it in drive then throw it into park turn off and try pulling it out again.

I did man.. Like 8 times.. at this point Im telling him to go to the dealer.. it is under wrnty.. only 24,000 miles..

Sounds like the shift interlock brake thingy is broken.

check brake and brake light fuses and try turning the wheel again. is it on a slant or hill?
