Does anyone know where I can go for a tune out her in Illinois. Lets put it this way. I cant drop to a 3.2 or a 3.0 pulley even with the New IC. Fuckin bullshit

I dont think I'm running out of fuel with the 39lb injectors. It been shown we can run a 3.25-3.3 pulley with stock injectors on the GEN Vs. Yes, knock is the issue. Its always the issue with this car. I'm good on the 1-2 shit, but then when I shift at 5700 RPMs on the 2-3 shift I see 2-3 degrees of knock.

ive heard of 04's running out of fuel with the 3.4 and having knock with the stock pulley
just cause you heard they can doesnt meant they will. what are you ipws at that the 2-3 shift

I'll have to double check, but our IPWs are a lot higher than the GEN IIIs due to the returnless fuel system.

1) IPW's, Our IPWs will always read higher than the previous gen. This is a fact that has been proven time and time again. If you see a 30 at the top of first or second gear, it's not that unusual. You should watch your O2 values!!!! This will tell you if you have enough fuel or not. And of course preferably use a Wide Band O2.

04Special's IPW test
2) fuel O2's in the >990 range will most likely put you into a special timing table that adds approx 3*. Why GM did this, no one seems to know. But keep this in mind when tuning. Adding too much fuel can create KR. Add that with 3* extra timing and you could go Boom

Thats too bad Mike. I will not take my car no further than 3.5, fwi, tr-6's, DP, powerlog, 1.9's mod stock, PCM. I dont plan on keeping this car for any longer than 2 more years so why bother. Next car should have luxury and performance out the box!

I hear ya man. I will most likely keep this car for another 2 years as well, but when I do sell it all the mods are going with it. I'm going with a 300C w/ Hemi. I like them a lot

My dads 300C complete with pimpin Bently grill I made him buy. Its a pretty gangster car, you would look good driving it. There isnt many mods out yet for this engine but its really a cruser car anyway. Put some 22"is on it and your set. The only think I dont like about it is that you cant hang your hand out the window confertibly and it is a big ass car, I look like a 10 year old 4 foot tall kid driving it
