3800 DTC Replacement?

so my DTC is no longer accourate because I switched to ethanol and it says I get 2mpg now not to mention half of the bulbs no longer work

so what can I replace it with? I don't want a hole in my dash... I think a nitrous plate there would look rather sexy but I'm not a fan of spraying a blown car.

ethanol and nitrous dont mix. and your car is running fine with that stuff.

your entire pcm needs to be reworked.. custom pe table, ve table has to be completely remapped, and all of your maf values need to be jacked up about 30 percent then tune from there.

an e85 friendly gas cap doesn't hurt either otherwise you'll be leaking fuems.. the ehthanol eats away at the rubber on the stock gas cap.

yeah, gm has been using ethanol friendly o-rings since 1993 or so.. the injectors are having problems tho they're almost static becuse you need 30% more fuel at WOT

you're missing the point its 105 octane 100+ octane = no kr

it killed the 6 degrees of kr I was getting.. I get zero now and I can run a pretty lean mixture 925 and 930 at the top of first.
