3800 What should I do next..

Since my fuel trims (last time I scanned.. aka the Mod Day) are indicating my car is running way rich at idle AND cruise, (and yes, gas mileage is indicating this) what should I do to figure out this problem? I'm going to get the fuel pump resistor, and have it replaced soon as its bypassed right now, and am wondering if I should order a MAF/TB screen as well. Some people are telling me that it doesn't matter, while others are saying that it could be why I'm getting those crazy LTFT's.

Am I just in dire need of a tune now (DHP 1.0pcm not cuttin it) or maybe I need a scan because a sensor isnt reading correctly? or what? Help!

the screen is need, there is nothing routing all the air staright into the maf,

afc is cheap ,and works but has issuses
id get a PT if you plan any going further with your car. you will need other settings tunned at somepoint, not just just fuel
