3800 oh noes! bolt broke

I was cleaning out my IAC today and the head of the screw broke off when I was trying to unscrew the screw.. am I screwed or can someone help me get it out?

Not to be confused with IAT...

No, you're not screwed.

It might be easier to take out the broken screw if the TB is off. A set of 'easy outs' should do the trick.
