cool. I tried the block off plate too and it leaked like a bitch. So i just hooked the egr back up and no more leaks. I can disable it with Powrtuner if i want to.

Id assume it would. I tried at first, but I didnt let it dry that long. Blew the nickle I had in there out and it smacked the engine. Good thing it didnt cause too much damage.

Did he Tig yours? i had to tig ryans and it was a bitch to try and get the tungsten in there without any interferances. if Ron did Tig it... then more power to him but id rather do it the way we did.

Try JB Weld, you can find it in most auto and hardware stores. Its a 2 part epoxi that you mix and put on metal to fill holes or fix metal parts. The surface must be clean tho. I've used and it work pretty good.

my friend tried using JB Weld on his header after he cross threaded his O2 sensor to try and hold the sensor on but it just burned up and melted off. smelled like shyte too.
