3800 Speaker Install

I have my Polks from my old car that i want to put in my GT and i dont want to pay like $30 a pair for install. Is their an easy way to remove my door skins and how the hell do i get to the rear speakers?

I did find out how to remove the rear seat bottom- two pull tabs- but the back part looks bolted in. whats thru the hole under the pop up tabs on the plastic cover besides that black stuff? you'd think thered be a screw to undo to top the cover off...why do they have to make it so complicated? <_<
