3800 04 PCM QUESTION

Alight i got a 04 GTP and my buddie Mike tuned my car for me and he changed the shift points and fuel trims and suff and also he took off my speed limiter where is stopes at 125 (110 on older ones).. and we looked back into the power tuner and it showed it a 256mph the limiter but is still cont to shut off at 125 ..ANY IDEA'S??????????

Did you friend change the OD off limiter or the OD on limiter?
