3800 Control arms in..One damaged?

I recived two control arms w ball joints/bushings from GMpartsdirect and the 2 ball joints look/feel totaly different.

1st ball joint
Has grease coming out of the fitting and is very tight feeling.

2nd ball joint
Has no grease coming out and feels loose

The shipped them wrapped in plastic right to my door! :angry: The ball joint ends were totally exposed and God knows how they were handled/bounced around during shippment.

This shit FLOW BUICK in NC keeps sending me is either missing parts, or, packaged terrible. I have ordered 3 things and all are messed up from the.

1) GMPP KIT-$1100....I strut is 1" shorter then the other front one
2) Z06 BRAKE kit-$500 for the TA....BOX was barely holding onto itself upon arival and was taped to all hell to keep it together. Missing BOLT KITS
3) One damaged Control Arm-$200... not even protected during shipment.

All and all $1800 in parts and shitty packing and parts........!!!!!!! :angry: :angry:

they should both be filled with greese and the ball joint should be VERY tight.

edit: they shouldn't be leaking tho

These are suppose to be sealed ball joints correct?

Again, the leaking one feels tight and the non leaking one feels pretty loose.
