What are the strongest PR's to use with a IC & Whipple ? The Intense ones dont seem to be holding up very well .

Yes, these are stronger than the lightweight Intense pushrods. The Intense pushrods have a .049" wall thickness while the Comp Cams have a .080" wall thickness. They are both made from 4130 chromoly.
