just how important are thos heat shields I installed my PEM's today and I didn't put them back on because they kind of fell apart during disassembly..? headers dont have any type of heat shield and the wires dont seem to get toasted so I'm guessing the manifolds arnt going to hurt anything with out them?
the butt dyno is so so at this point it doesn't "feel" any faster but the speedo does move faster at higher rpm then it used to which would suggest better topend.. I'm going to pop this 3.3" pulley on tonight and see what happens.
