so on both the sttama and cartuning, what happens to the iat sensor?
i have a timing commander, so is there a timing table that is already programmed?
If you didnt have a TC or a happy knob pluged in what happens to the iat?

I was inder the impression that these tables are mapped to the custom tune in the PCM. So no need for the useless IAT connection!

ok so its a dead sensor. what if you have a timing commander tho and want to use it

No need for a timing commander.
The custom tables in your PCM are there for that reason.
So you dont have to fiddle around with the timing.
Accidently adding timing and boost could lead to a big boom!

For turbo cars dialing in more boost is what will give you more power.
dialing in more timing really wont make much more power.

yeah but i dont want to use the power tuner all the time, having quick adjustments
is nice and adjusting timing is nec. my mbc will be under the hood, adding timing will give some power

If you so choose you can use the IAT and incorporate the adjustable timing tables into the PCM.
