I think that it is legal, but you might be getting harrased by police, why do you not have a hood on your car?

yea its legal and yes u will more than likely get harrassed cuz i kno my uncle did it cuz he had a hood he was picken up in lemont and he drove from joliet.

im gonna drive without my hood on my grand prix. (only for a few hours)

1. i did an engine swap recently


2. my hood is in the shop gettin painted and i need to get to work.

It was awhile back, so I don't know if it still applies...

You can drive with no hood, but you need front fenders, or a hood and no fenders...seriously!
