3800 HP ideas for a GT

I wana spend 1g on parts for HP in the next month...I have an 02 GT i already have SLP loudmouth Exhaust, air intake, and the rest of what i have is show..i need some speed to back it up what should i do? I was lookn at the GT stage 2 cam off ZZP, im up for any ideas.

Well....My buddie Steve said to get.....rockers, ported manifolds, downpipe, dhp...if u wanted to spend like 2k u should get the rocker beacuse if u wana spend 1k ..but there are alot of costs involved in doing a cam, ie: valvesprings, install kit, install costs.u should do the rockers and the rest before u do the cam anyways

a cam is about a grand when all is said and done, add a dhp and you will be better off then rockers and pems and downpipe, HP wise. building up a N/A is expensive tho, id go powertuner and nitrous, and couple supporting mods...like a 65 shot zex has a nice kit

If you are looking for 14's, see if you can sell your GT and put taht $1,000 towards a GTP

Then you can make your car close to 13's with less than bout 500 bucks

haha Chad i will never buy spray, unless its 4 purge, and i wont do that either i want real HP not a quick fix that if some1 wants to run u again ur gonna be like "um let me refill my bottle" haha

haha ur a dork, lol, yea i want to have a quick GT though b4 i think of a supercharger or turbo that was when i slap 1 of those on i will have a huge differance in HP and every1 will be like haha look at the GT...and thats when i want to punch it and kick jasons ass haha

you dont need to spool that you will be barely able to keep that thing planted wiht the turbo. spray is high end where we need power, the zex kit is real safe, and a 10lb bottle will last you awhile, on the street it will take you a while to go thru it ....after the first one you blow threw in the first week,

get DHP(200$), 180* stat(13$), autolite 605's (10$), PEMs(200$ unless you do em urself), DP (150$, around 280$ w/ high flow cat), u-bend delete (50$)......or get the power tuner(400$) instead of DHP....... so from 623$ to 953$.........I think im gonna get the DP w/ cat from wbodystore sometime soon........

id go with the supercharger kit if he can get it installed otherwise go with the full exhaust (togs, 3" d/p w/ cat and ubend removal, and the pcm.

can u program a gt pcm into a gtp pcm if he gets that kit installed? or would he be better off getting a gtp dhp?

It really depends on the car. GTs like to run either real slow or real quick for what they are. I myself am on the shitty end of the spectrum while others run faster with less mods then me.

it uses the stock flex which is 1.9to2.0 inches in the center, many have been fooled by him, the crushbent isnt great but thats not the main prob
