There is a battery but it doesn’t work, however they are plentiful on E-Bay.

Both drives come loaded with Windows 98, Microsoft Office 2000 and Norton SystemWorks 2003. (…all fully updated!)

This Laptop works great for homework, Power Point presentations, Web-Surfing or just as a back up for your desktop. I’m selling because I bought a new laptop. It is large enough and fast enough to run most automotive tuning and scanning software.

I’m looking for $175 plus any shipping for everything.

Ive never herd of dual hard drives on a laptop, are you sure its not just a 10GB partitioned into two?

Not dual drives...2 drives. I had a different Dell that I upgraded the drive on and had the 4 Gig left over when I bought this particular Dell. I figured I'd format them both and send them out with the laptop.

A powertuner suggests a 366 Mhz or faster processor so this Dell will run a powertuner perfectly. All you'd need is car-adapter or a battery; either one runs under $25 on E-Bay.

I live in Rockford if you'd be interested in picking it up, otherwise I can ship it within a day.

Yeah this laptop would be great for a powertuner. You dont need a new $1000+ laptop to run powertuner, anything faster then that is overkill. Its a good price too.

FYI: I sold my 1000mhz P3, 256MB ram, 20GB HD. 56K, LAN, WIFI, etc. Laptop for like $500 on eBay a year ago.
