Well above what you would need to flow. A cam is much more about proper duration/ lobe seperation angle. These, combined with moderate lift, will give you power. You don't need to be anywhere near the "limit" to make power and even at that, the "limit" changes with different setups.

Jacob, I've done many set-ups of our motor configuration on engine simulators. With our heads on the latest and greatest of port flows, anything over .550 lift is a total waste of time. Lifts of around .510-.540 make the most power. It's just matching the actual cam timing to your expected powerband. You're looking for a balance.
