yeah im putting in my 180 non drilled,160 drilled stay way to cold, my car takes forever to heat up, and im right next to the highway i take for work , so right after i leave i get frezzing 70 mph winds hitting my radiatior

I just fixed mine. Went with 1 heat range hotter plugs, 180 thermo, fan turn ons raised, locked the converter up sooner, and raised AFR during cold start-up. Driving from Bolingbrook to Itasca everyday the car would start registering heat about 1/2 way there, and I'd get good heat in the car at about North ave. Made for a cold ride. Plus doing all that took my average milage up 4 MPG.
