APT 11 bedroom, in town everything is 1 minute away, have own back and front door to direct outside. All utilities andcable paid for. Have to pay electric only. I get a one car garage/carport.

2 bedroom, more remote area(not real close to anything 5-10 mins)somewhat bigger, typical apartment entracnce, go in one door up some stairs to my door. Have to pay electric, and cable here.
No garage, off street parking.
$500/month.
Its only me, and I can use the 2nd bedroom as an office, and the 2 bedroom is quite a bit bigger, just not as good a location.
I dont have a garage/carport now, and that does sound nice with winter coming, i can put my work van it it and park the GTP on teh street...
Which would u pick? Bigger, worse location no garage, 50 buck cheaper
or pay 50 more, better location, garage and smaller....
