alright well now that they have an alternitive for the o2 sensor, can we run leaded fuel in our cars safely?  leaded 110 here is only 3.29/ gallon.  thats cheaper then 93....

you will also clog your cat if you run leaded fuels. not sure on the rest of the engine but it will destroy stock o2 sensors and your cat.

well... keep in mind that at WOT the O2 sensor isn't needed and isn't used byt he PCM (WOT is Open Loop) .. the O2 sensor is only used for closed loop operation to keep you at 14.7:1 or so AFR... running leaded gas (even w/the denso's) will eventually cause them to get lazy... you'll get worse fuel economy normal driving... and eventually you'll set a code for insufficient switching which ... if it's the same as LSx based motors... will cause you to run open loop all the time ... so fuel economy will suck big time

So long as you're willing to replace the sensors every once in a while (how often depends on how much leaded gas you use) you'll be fine... it's more of a concern when the car serves mostly street duty due to fuel economy... also keep in mind that as the O2 gets lazy your O2 readings at WOT will begin to change as well (even though actual AFR may be the same, the sensors won't read the same as new)
