I'd push the WBS one, but realistically any of the full-size IC's (sans the MAP) should keep things at bay. I normally wouldn't reccomend headers, but you're going to need them with that set-up unless you go and get the PEM's flow tested and balanced. Regulat run of the mill PEM's may not push enough air through them, and you're looking at 6500 RPM potential.
Get lightweight valvetrain compenents and stiffer pushrods too. With that recipie a 3" pulley would be pretty reliable, and a 2.8 is more than possible once dialed in. Normally a 2.8 on the raised compression would be a KR monster, but with the cam and IC it'll scream.
