I've not really priced them in stores, but Im sure they are cheaper somewhere online. Next question, I doubt it matters, but for those who have used them is there a better brand or not?

I recommend the Sandisk Cruzer Titanium for 3 reasons:
- USB connector retracts - no need for a cap
- case is titanium (really?)- crush resistant up to 2000 lbs. Perfect for getting sat on if you put it on your back pocket.
- Upon connection, it lights up to a briliant neon blue to let you know it's connected.

Lexar brand from Tigerdirect.com is pretty good... I got Gig "Jump drive sport" for under $80, but its plastic, Never let me down though, and Still nearly impossible to break minus acctually trying to break it.

Another vote for SanDisk USB drives. Mine's just the cheapie plastic one, but it still works after a spin through the washing machine. (!!!)

I bought a 512mb Lexar Jump Drive Elite a little while back. I think I paid $20. Target had a sale going on. It may have been more than $20 but I'm not possitive. It's plastic as well. I actually haven't even opened it yet so I'm not even sure if it's good, but I dunno how much of a difference there is between them.
