The cobra (
The Cobra) is a 11.20's car with a stock grand national block and 36#/hr injectors. The new car (spyder) has 60#/hr injecotors, DFI, an extra turbo and a hell of a built block. After preliminary testing, we believe that the turbos are a little too small for this application. The underhood heat is ridiculous. The car is meant to keep the radiator completely sepearte from the underhood but the hood was never designed to have two turbos stuffed under there. The air passiing through the radiator is drawn up and over the hood but the underhood air, there the air filters are, is stagnant. Hopefully we get it tuned in soon so I can take it out and beat on it a little. Power steering, power brakes, turn signals, heat, and no shifter ... all push button. Gotta love that.
