Food, just no seafood. Dancing is whatever we both don't do it well anyway. The point of this outing is to take her somewhere nice because she just bought this dress and wants to wear it so it has to be somewhere nice enough to wear a dress to... Yadda yadda you get it right!

I just got off the phone with the grandfather. Him and all his gangster buddies go out to these places. These are somewhat expensive places but if you want high class. These are the places.

For the Green Dolphin, I would highly suggest going early because most of the time, it's rented out for parties after 10pm on the weekends.

Green Dolphin looks like the type of place, but it is 21+ so it won't work for this occasion. :-(

So far, MikeS3 has made the best combo selections for you (dinner & dancing). I would also add Nacional 27. Nacional 27 is a Latin influneced restaurant that has live music after 9, I think. Also, Jilly's Piano Bar; 1007 N. Rush St.; 312-664-1001.
