This is reeeeeeeeeealy hard. LOL. Finished my last one on my way to work. I started fiending for one, so I started doing pushups. :lolsign: Figure if I ever want one, just drop down and give myself 10. My arms are gonna get bigger. :lolsign:

I used cinnamon (sp) sticks .. took me about one week .. It's true what they say though the first few days are deff. the hardest .

Just go get you some cinnamon sticks from the store and just kinda use it like a cigar . nibble on the ends and get a nice little piece of spice to wake up your taste buds . It has worked for me for over a year now , well i only used the sticks for about a week 1/2 ... the other thing is you have to want to quit as well... i was so tired of feeling groggy and all of the nastiness that comes along with smoking .

I was supposed to quit this weekend too, didn't quite work...

I'm trying again this weekend, I was off work for Tues-through Sunday and it ended up a mini-marathon of little sleep because of the sick kids. Just like drinking alcohol, drinking lots of caffeine makes it hard for me to quit. Good luck on it Fish, between gas prices and the rising cost of smokes things are getting expensive!

I switched to buying cartons cause it is cheaper, with the coupons I get in the mail, cartons out by my place end up costing me only $28 total.

I got one left in my pack, and hopefully I can make it my last one, I know I can do it, I can go 3 or 4 days but some reason I cave in, and most times I try to quit I find a way to get extremely drunk and realize I need some. Good luck Fish, I am in with you on this one.

Didn't help me at all. I get asmatic bronchitis a lot and you'll still see me smoking. I tried quitting last week, but NOPE! I went a damn and being a flippin' weirdo! :lolsign:
