This is what I am going by....

MAF Table ~ tune with LTFT to MAF frequency

Negative LT = Running Rich
Positive LT = Running Lean

1500 to 3000 = idle
4000 to 6000 = cruise
7000 to 11500 = heavy to WOT

At idle I am at +16. Which would mean I am running lean. The car has a rough idle so I thought it would be a vac leak, but when I had a vac leak, my lt's were at -16. My question is, why am I only getting 18 mpg when my car is running so lean? Also, do I have these numbers right for tuning the maf table?? Thanks

When you tuned at idle your MAF is set to what freq?

You should tune your MAF freq so that your ltrims are at 0 (or as close as possible) when at idle.

You should tune your WOT seeting to as lean as possible without seeing KR.
If you see KR add more fuel so as to reduce/remove KR.

I dont think the poor mileage is due to the ICCU tuning.
You might consider other factors.

Fuel pump/Injector combo.
Filters etc etc..

i am using dhp power tuners. i am adding fuel to the frequencies that are running lean. i am getting them closer to 0 but i think i have to cruise a couple days for the pcm to learn. my maf frequency is around 2100 at idle. i bumped up the fueling at idle cause i was running real lean. i just got the injectors flowed not even a year ago, and a new fuel filter.
