What aboout the intercooler. How much you unloading that for and will it fit on my 04?

IC will come off when I actually recieve my TA and have another driver.

I will then pull off the IC, headers, dp, exhaust, PRJ fuel rails, RV tb etc.....

HEAVY duty 5.0gpm jabsco pump with mounting insttructions and rubber isolators. This kit is much quiter then any flojet I have ever heard. You can feel the pump turn on but its hard to hear. Damm flo jets are loud as hell.....not to mention the fail all the time.


It has braided hoses, an fittings and now with all PROPERLY LABLED CONECTORS!!!! Took me and MIKE K a good while to figure this out.


Plus it took another 3-4 hours to properly hook up the cool can. Dumbest design in teh world to originally connect. All you need to do know though is tighten the screw.


This IC is arguable one of the best ever made. The few people who have them have run incredible times. Do a search on clubGP on the BTK IC set up.

To my knowledge the BT/TK intercooler will not work with the Gen V blower that the '04s have.
