Mann i hate my stock shitter tires the best i could run was 14.275 @ 95mph. I was slipping quit a bit coming off the line. I was very impressed with the time tho, with those shitters I was expecting worse. I was getting 14.2's and 14.3's all day (in the left lane). With good gripping tires i think I should expect 13.8 ?? WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?? (mods in sig) Oh yah my 60' was a 2.151, I have no clue if thats good???

Nice run. Your car is definitly capable of high 13s with good track prep. I wouldn't be too dissappointed w/that 60ft time being that the track wasn't prepped. You might want to consider moving down to a 3.25 and some race gas. You'd be mid 13s for sure then (on a prepped track).

Truthfully, with your exact setup, im suprised you ran those times. Your MPH suggests closer to 14.3-5s...

I would say with better traction, with race gas and a smaller pulley, and a 1.9x 60' time you could hit 13.8...

I was thinking that, my 14.2's come with 97-98 mph trap speeds. I haven't cracked the 13 barrier because I average 2.3 60' times. I'm a really sucky driver! Do you have a DHP? If not, that would help tie your mods together and raise your shift points a couple hundred rpm.

I dont have a DHP yet everything I did to the car are in my sig. I dont want to get the DHP now because im thinking of more agressive mods such as cam and roller rockers etc. My cousin's Acura CL-S was running 15.02 @ 93 mph. I ran a 14.27@95. does that mean I know how to drive my car really good??? Truthfully I gradually power-brake at about 1900rpm. Then slowlyyy give gas so it jumps enough NOTT to peel out. I think if I get tires I will be able to get full throttle faster and that means I will cover more of the track at full throttle which means I will get a higher mph. You think thats a good assumption ?
