This stuff has been around for years, it started only onthe racing scene for motocross to keep their low speed(compared to others) high rpm engines stay cool. Then became redily avail about 2-3 years ago at retail auto part stores. Good stuff in my oppinion, but I never mixed it with antifreeze, always with distilled water. But bottom line, great product.

Techincally if you were going to use this for an IC application you would just mix the Water Wetter with just distilled water. I would not mix it with Anti-Freeze or "Dex-Cool" The molecular components of Antifreeze will actaully limit your temps, unlike if you just mixed it with plain water. The downside to this is, when fall/winter rolls around you will have to drain the radiator and fill up the IC with Water and Antifreeze to prevent freezing...
