What kind of horsepower gain can be seen from these? Also, where is the best place to put these?

Well I think you could expect anywhere from 10-25 hp PER sticker depending on mods, they are not very compatitable with zzp blowers and such though so just a heads up.

I think they would be best placed in the typical rice location to keep the weight towards the front, but would look ideal on the small rear windows.

Not on the windshield. They use some sort of chemical to make them stick to the windshield, but it starts to melt after a certain point in time. :lolsign:
