3800 GRRRR!!!! Transmissions hate me

So I pulled the trans outta my TA a couple weeks back...

Load the trans in the GTP, and dropped it off at the trans shop Monday...

well in the mean time, on the 7th I shipped the torque converter back to Yank in Nevada ... (1000 dollar torque converter, so it's worth it to pay 200 to have it rebuilt)

Supposed to arrive there on the 13th... check the tracking # today...

It's in Sacramento California and a note on it says "returned to shipper" !!! never even made it to yank ... arrived in California late yesterday afternoon ... and then at midnight exactly an entry was made to return to shipper!!!

I just can't win! I need the trans and converter back for May 7th for the first track rental of the year!

Guess I'll be sending my Vigilante 3600 in to have it rebuilt as a backup incase I can't get the 4400 back in time

Heck, I didnt even need my trans fixed when I got the "ultimate trans"


Then I needed a re-rebuild.......


now I need a new LSD and my trans cleaned a few hundred miles latter......

how about 2 trannies, and now a 3rd diff? in 1.2 years.. :angry: :angry:
