i need to know what kind of tape you need specifically to rip to your pc .. or does it matter ? I already have a camera , just looking for some pointers from you since you seem to be the ILGPC film director.

IF you dont mind , iam going to send the tape to you after the race so you can post it up .

theres a device called dazzle....

I've got it and was able to transfer some of my old VHS-C tapes to my computer...now, I have a shitty computer and quality sucked...but not sure if that was the dazzle thing or my pc...

but regardless they're on my pc now...

if you use Hi8 cassettes..your camera should have come with an adapter to plug it into a TV or vcr. Go out to a local computer store and buy a "dazzle" it converts the RCA cables into a usb..thus you are able to send the films to your computer to edit and what not.

I just bought a digi cam...so I should have my own vids up soon.

boy , it sure seems easier for me to just send the vid. to Ryan

wait till you see what iam going to be racing ... 97' Viper RT/10 with 10K original miles on it ... this thing is sick. He keeps telling me its waste of his gas , but how often is it you get you race a Viper when the guy driving it isnt 40 something and not afraid to hammer it throught every gear -well 3 of them anyways
