You are pretty rich at idle and cruise, at WOT you are slightly lean. In both scans your KR starts to fall off after 4500 rpm. False knock somehow? I don't Since the afc 1.0 can only tune over all MAF Freq's. I would set it 1 or 2 percentage higher and see what happenes.

Yes it is not quite as robust as the new versions. The KR is a problem. Some think it is because I am lean at the high end so I am getting KR. I am trying to get rid of that richness and I cannot figure out why I am so RICH! I am going to re scan with some new parameters.

An I should have those tonight. I would like to rule out some mechanical problem before I incorporate the AFC since I think something is up otherwise... Then I will play with the AFC!

Looks like your O2's are on the lean side. You should try a slightly richer setting and see if KR drops. Note the tail end of the WOT run. The O2's reach 880mv and KR significantly improve.

Looking at it again, KR starts off high then gradually tappers down. This indicates false KR at the start of the WOT run. Then the PCM recovers and starts giving you better timing advance.

Oh, I dont see the Timing column. That's important to monitor.

Yeah, you look a bit lean, before you dial it up I'd drop a heat range in the plugs (if you haven't already), and do something about the IAT's (little warm for this weather). I'd step up the gas until you get a bog at 100mph, then back it off a little.

I know I'll be flamed for saying this, but...

If you haven't pulled the TB screen yet. You may want to try it. Some cars don't fare well with it removed, but it will draw more air accross the MAF, the computer sees more air, and ups the LT fuel trims to compensate. If the FWI is a pretty straight shot your PCM may tolerate it.
