The traction T/A's and the Falken's are both a good value. Of course there are better tires out there, but you have to spend a lot more money. Either of those are better than a fair amount of performance tires. I personally like the above brands because of the weight penalty you pay with the well rated Bridgestones which are also a good choice. I made an Excel chart when I was looking to compare weight, diameter, fit on rim, footprint. For dragging with a street tire the best overall I found was a 235/55/16 from Falken, it fits looser on the rim than a stock size but you'll get a better launch with it. The tightest fit to the rim of any tire was the RS-a, but they don't have a very good tread compund, and the second tightest to the rim was the bridgestone. It all depends on what you're looking for from your tires.
