I was getting into my car Friday morning, and had my backpack with my laptop and some other things in it. I was pushing it across the center consol with the back of my hand. Well, the strap got caught and I kept pushing and all of a sudden got a sharp pain in my wrist. :pissed: It hurt so bad.

Well, I drove home and it seemed to get alittle better. Then when I started carrying things in, it started to hurt whenever I move it a certain way or apply too much pressure.

Im wondering if I just sprained it, or if I pulled a muscle in my wrist. Think just wraping it and keeping stress off of it will be enough??

Well, there really aren't any muscles per say to pull. You more than likely hyperextended the joint itself (aka sprain), which will just take a little while to heal. If there is any swelling, or if the joint itself is tender to the touch, I'd follow what J.E.T said. If not, and it's just a little sore, wrap it up and take it easy on it for a while. Not much you can do other than give it time.
