3800 how much kr is killed by premium gas???

I am just wondering how my car would run with regular (87) in it. if i moved up and put a 3.2 on, would i be able to run (87) in the car. I guess I am just wondering how much premium really kills kr.

I've ran nothing but premium in both my GP's and when i had my GT i put in some 91 octane and it just ran like crap. I would just stick with premium even though they are high in prices. :angry:

Ummm, if I am not mistaken, the 97-03 generation requires premium fuel even when stock. With the addition of your mods I would say that you would have a lot of problems running on 87.

if you want to see alot of kr run 87. it will cause alot of drivability problems and alot more with a 3.1

You might need to move up a pulley size (or 2) Zack but you certainly should be able to pull it off all things considered. Just remember to scan.

It'd be better if you put in an alky system, then it'd probably be OK. I wouldn't run it unless you had a custom tune. I would definately find some fellow GPrs with your same year and go in on a DHP PT.

I use REGULAR!!!

But the other day when I had some money I through Shells V-power in there, my car seems to have better gas mileage and runs smoother with that stuff..

Supposedly, premium is the best especially if you have mods. However, with the prices of gas going up and up, it's getting hard. :angry:
