Let's see, there is a phsyical reaction that begins in the brain which in turn releases chemical onto the body towards your heart. The heart responds by pumping more blood throughout your body. I have never seen cocaine in real life... Also I dont think that cocaine gives any explanation to why the heart thumps.
There is very rarely a thump "in my chest" when this occurs......
Only medicine I take is advil and sinus. The rest can stuff it
