3800 GP did something funny

Alright I got a 2000 GP, and when you lock/unlock it with the remote the headlights flash. Pretty much everyone knows this, I think the 2001+ the fogs flash. But anyways so I come out of work and walk out to my car and hit the remote and my fogs flash. WTF! Keep hitting it and the same thing. Start the car up, drive home and try it again. Now its the headlights. Anyone got an idea, or is the car just crazy?

mine does that too sometimes no clue y... i noticed that sometimes it does it if accidentally the highbeams are on when you shut the car off but idk it does it for no reason sometimes... hasnt happened to mine for a while now...

I think there is a "light" pattern or something if your alarm was set off......


Like if someone bumps your car and sets off the alarm, next time you go to open in, certain lights flash.

But i may be making that up, try the owners manual

actually now that I think about it, I may have hit the high beams, I seem to remember having to hit that. But I have to do that when an HID doesn't come on sometimes anyways. The manual had nothing to say, I checked! But idk my car probably was telling me something. Must not have liked the girl I was with, because I didn't either lol

yeah the 2001+ do it all the time, mine only does it when the brights are engaged at shut off
