Yes, they are fine...unless you work on your car a lot. They don't like to be disturbed much. If you go with aftermarket wires. MSD makes a pretty decent fitted set; IIRC 8.5's. They are red and pretty. I like the Accel 300+ race wires, but you need to terminate your own ends on those. Stay away from the cheaper wires from Accel/MSD/Taylor. They will be garbage in less than a year. Expect to fork out at least $60+ for a good set of aftermarkets, if you get a set for less you might as well just put the stockers on. Best wires in my opinion are the stockers that you can get at the dealership (AC Delco) I wouldnt use any other...
